Silent Cry is a very emotional and heart wrenching movie that unmasks the detrimental effects of domestic violence and child abuse that looms within the family structure. It uncovers underlying factors such as alcoholism, and depression and unleashes the demons of resentment and the lack of self-worth that abusers and victims undergo when the blame and shame are too much to overcome. Silent Cry will take you on an emotional roller coaster that will have you crying and cheering, but most of all, understanding both sides.
